By booking a service with The Tidy Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer professional cleaning and tidying services. Our standard services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general surface cleaning. Specific details of your service will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All services must be booked in advance. We require your name, contact information, and service address to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • "No-shows" (when our team arrives and cannot access the property) will be charged the full-service fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: The price for your service is based on the size of the area, the type of service, and any additional requests. All prices are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept payment via credit card, or other methods as specified on our invoice. A late fee may be applied to any overdue payments.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please ensure the following before our arrival:

  • The area to be cleaned is free of clutter and personal items that could obstruct our work.

  • Pets are secured in a safe place away from the cleaning area.

  • You have informed us of any fragile or valuable items that require special care. The Tidy Company is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or noted beforehand.

5. Damage and Breakage

While our team is trained to work with the utmost care, accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or broken during the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair or replacement of the item, up to a reasonable limit.

6. Feedback and Complaints

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion. We will do our best to address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange a follow-up visit.
